Refund policy
All our products go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Please read the Handmade product irregularities section below where we have explained the nuances and variations that may be present in handmade products due to the nature of their creation. These characteristics should not be considered as defects.
Each product page includes detailed description including information on fabric, size, colour, weight, etc. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the product details and agree to our terms.

Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns ONLY if items have been received by you in a damaged condition, have missing parts or are defective/wrong as compared to the description on our website.
An unboxing video is required when requesting a return/exchange which helps us evaluate whether the damage was caused during packaging or transit.
In case of a damaged delivery please capture an image, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately along with the photo to help us make it right.
We understand that size issues may occur in case of kids clothing. Therefore, specifically in case of Kids co-ord sets, returns will be accepted in case of size issues as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please notify us of the above within 24hours of receiving your order on cozytattv@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. The item needs to be shipped by you on the address, we are not responsible for any loss of shipment/damage during return transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received by us and verified, a Store Credit valid for 1 year will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Handmade product irregularities
Handmade products often present irregularities due to the nature of their creation, for example:
- Slight variation in alignment of the block motif, minor dye inconsistencies, occasional smudges
- Slight variations in weave pattern/tension due to manual weaving
- Minor length variations, puckering in quilted areas
These imperfections in handcrafted products are part of their appeal adding character and uniqueness to the piece and should be appreciated as signs of artisanal craftsmanship.
